Scrum Individual License Product Sheet
The reader of this license should understand that Scrum is a process described in books, literature, courses, and discussion groups, and as such is an "open source" process. This license refers to specific material (the "Scrum Product") provided by Advanced Development Methods as a product that the licensee uses specifically in the delivery and use of Scrum by themselves and their organization. Nothing in this license impedes the free and full use of the Scrum process as otherwise described and publicly available.
The individual has the right to use the Scrum Product as provided in the performance of their professional work. The individual may use the Scrum Product to train others and describe Scrum to others. The individual is responsible for not letting the Scrum Product be used by other individuals or organizations unless they have acquired either an Individual or Organizational license, as provided. The Individual License is provided to an individual as long as he or she maintains their certification as a ScrumMaster at CertifiedScrum. |
